Gospel singers are renowned for their positive, heartfelt
and emotional performances, bringing a ‘special feel’ to ceremonies as they
perform traditional hymns and gospel songs.
For those of you who prefer more of a contemporary feel,
or perhaps just variety, you will also find that the modern day singer, will if
asked, also happily accommodate requests to perform your favourite soul, pop or
rock song.
If you have not had an opportunity to experience a team
of gospel singers performing live, then you have certainly missed out.
Over the last twenty years I have had the privilege of working with a number of gospel singers within the UK and Europe and one of the most memorable experiences I remember is the interaction backstage as the performers mingle, then there was the conversation, laughter and also a chance to network with other like minded performers. Eventually, there would be a collective emphasis to focus and work as a team to ensure that the performance was no less than perfect.
These experiences were priceless.
Like many other performers, gospel singers work to an
extremely high standard, and are motivated by the opportunity they have to
positively impact their audience. In addition, gospel singers have an
unrivalled drive and commitment towards the preparation and readiness for their
performance, and from my experience, you will have difficulty finding a team of
singers who will consistency perform with energy, beaming smiles and powerful,
heartfelt vocals.
Having attended a number of weddings over the last two
decades I am still amazed how gospel singers can effortlessly;

audience, large or small;
· Perform skilfully with soul, zeal and
confidence; and
· Positively transform the ambience of
an event
